Abstract; The case was a 36-year-old woman, and the chief complaint was the erythema with pus blister, which spread to the limbs trunk. The pus blister was arranged circularly, and a part was fused. Pathohistologically there was the pus blister mainly on neutrophils under the horny layer, and there was no spongy pus blister of Kogoj. Thus it was diagnosed as subcorneal pustular dermatitosis. In addition to the internal use of the diaminodiphenylsulphone, the treatment by internal use and external use of the steroid was started. Though there was the temporary improvement, pus blister and erythema were not sufficiently improved. The skin eruption disappeared obviously, when external use was changed to tacrolimus. The interruption was often forced for stimulatibility of tacrolimus. However, the possibility in which external use of tacrolimus becomes a new alternative as a treatment of the pus blister disease was indicated.
