The small blister with pruritus appeared in both hands palm of the hand and both leg bases afterwards. The amyctic erythema also expanded in the face afterwards. The skin eruption of the face rapidly disappeared, when it applied butyric acid propionic acid betamethasone salve externally, and when it started chlorpheniramine maleate internal use. The small blister of palm and sole cured after about 5 months. Case 2 was a woman of 31-year-old, and the same therapy was enforced for the habitual abortion. Afterwards the small blister with pruritus appeared in both hands palm of the hand, and the erythema with pruritus appeared in both buttocks. In external use of diflucortolone valerate salve, the erythema was continued for 2 weeks, and it gradually disappeared afterwards. The organization biopsy image of the palm was the epidermis blister with the spongiosis on both cases, and it was diagnosed as pompholyx.
