Abstract;2 cases of 58-year-old and 59-year-old women were reported on onycholysis in all fingers of the limb during administration of paclitaxel in every 1 week for ovarian tumor. Both cases had been changed to every 1-week administration of a small quantity of paclitaxel, after they were administered at the usual quantity in every 3 to 6 weeks. At the time of every 3-week administration, onicholysis was not recognized. It was regarded as generating onycholysis due to weekly administration of paclitaxel. On both cases onycholysis was gradually improved after the end of paclitaxel administration.
