Abstract;The case was a man of 49-year-old, and the erythema that there was no inducement and that it touches tabular hard over the cervical region from the face appeared. The peripheral blood eosinophil number increased with 931/mm3. The pathohistologically obvious invasion of the eosinophil and the image of flame figure were recognized, and it was diagnosed as eosinophilic cellulitis. He complained of the dyspnea during the progress. The respiratory organ symptom was rapidly improved by the administration of hydrocortisone sodium succinate. The skin eruption disappeared in about 2 weeks. There was the organ symptom except for the skin. It was regarded as the case in which the difference between eosinophilia in peripheral blood and in the organ and another disease by them became a problem.
