Abstract;The case was a man of 34-year-old, and the erythema with the intense pruritus from the face over both hand backs and elbow appeared. In initial diagnosis there was the erythema of the deep red from the purple deep red in both upper eyelid, and there was the erythema with the invasion in back of nose, and there was the deep red papule with the slight cornification at both elbows and both hand backs. The biopsy was carried out from deep red papule of the right forefinger back and left upper arm biceps. There was no remarkable change in the epidermis, and there was the cellular infiltration from the dermis shallow-layer to blood vessel circumference of middle lamella. There was no clear lowering of muscle force, and there was the slight hepatic dysfunction. It was diagnosed as amyopathic dermatomyositis and was followed up. The sudden lumbago was intensified, and embryonal cell carcinoma of posterior belly film origin was discovered. For embryonal cell carcinoma drug therapy and peripheral blood stem cell transplantation were carried out and were remitted.
