| Abstract;The case was a man of 55-year-old, and the skin eruption of the deep red with some pruritus appeared in hypogastrium and flexor side of thigh. Spontaneous remission and exacerbation were repeated since then. The antinuclear antibody was 40 times positive (homogenous, speckled pattern), and the anti-topoisomerase I antibody was also positive. The RA factor was negative. The serum IgA value was also normal. Tissue image of the skin eruption of femoral region were pus blister formation, which consisted of inflammatory cell mainly on neutrophils and blood vessel circumference invasion of the dermis of inflammatory cell mainly on the lymphocyte under horny layer. Fluorescence antibody direct method and indirect method were negative. Thus it was diagnosed as systemic sclerosis with subcorneal pustular dermatosis. The erythema rapidly disappeared in external use of steroid of the very strong class. |
