Abstract;The case was a 70-year-old woman, who noticed hypodermic tumor of left lower jaw before the half year. Pus would be removed from the front of the mandibular from 4 months ago. The granulation plane with fistula was recognized in the front of the mandibular. Adenopathy was recognized in great numbers in right side cervical region. The tuberculin reaction was strong positive. In the ultrasonic test, there was a view, which indicated the sphacelus, which is ranged for right cervical region from the front of the mandibular. The histopathology was also a tubercle on the front of the mandibular and lymph node, and tuberculosis complex was identified from the biopsy tissue. It was diagnosed as the scrofuloderma, which occurred in cervical region lymph node tuberculosis successionally. The combination therapy of isonicotinic acid hydrazide and rifampicin was started. The lesion was made into the cicatrix after 2 months, and the lymph node was reduced.
