| Abstract;The case was an 81-year-old woman and the chief complaint was a tumor with slight spontaneous pain of the left axilla, which increased from before 3 months of initial diagnosis. Pathohistologically it was middle to poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma. The subject of the lesion was from dermis to hypodermis and it was regarded as not Paget disease but Paget phenomenon from the tumor. In the immunohistochemical view, cytokeratin, CEA and GCDFP-15 were positive. The combination of visceral malignant tumor, which suggested the primary one, could not be recognized. It was finally diagnosed as an apocrine carcinoma of skin origin. By separating tumor to 2cm, it was removed. The irradiation of 1 time 2Gy and 50Gy total amount was carried out at the local field in respect of the X-ray after operation. It passes through postoperative 10 months, and there is no recurrence or metastasis. |
