| Abstract;4 cases of eccrine poroma on the scalp were reported. The 4 cases were women, and ages were 39-80-year-old. The clinical features were the 4-35mm greater protuberant tumors of red to dark-red, and malignant tumors might be suspected. By serving diagnosis and treatment of 4 cases, the tumors were removed entirely. The all-histopathological images were Pinkus type. Thus 4 cases were diagnosed as eccrine poroma (Pinkus type). Any cases have not recognized either the recurrence by the present. Examples of reports on the scalp including these cases in Japan of eccrine poroma were examined, and the bibliographical consideration was carried out. |
