| Abstract; The case was an 84-year-old woman, who noticed a deep red node without the subjective symptom of right inguinal region about 1 year ago. In the pathohistological view, the tumor cell with the small and heteromorphic nucleus, which was rich in the chromatin, continued with the epidermis, and it permeated to the lower layer in the dermis insular. And, the structure that it was the tubule space was also observed. Histochemical view was as follows: PAS positive, Alcian blue negative, EMA positive, Cytokeratin 7, 19, AE1, AE3, CAM5.2 positive, Cytokeratin 1, 10, RCK102, 34.BETA.E12, KL-1 negative, CEA positive, and S-100 protein negative. Thus it was diagnosed as eccrine porocarcinoma. There was a position with the alveolus nest of the cell, which is partly similar to Paget cell in the epidermis. The tumor was removed entirely. Recurrence or metastasis has not been recognized at present when the postoperative half year passed. |
