Abstract; An 18-year-old woman came to the hospital of the caulescent achromasia tumor, which rapidly increased after the freeze therapy in the inside of left lower leg. The porus sudoriferus epithelium tumor was suspected from the biopsy. The extent of the tumor was evaluated in NMR imaging, and it was removed. It was S-100 protein positive and HMB-45 slightly positive by the postoperative histopathological image and special immunostaining. Thus it was judged amelanotic malignant melanoma of nodular type. Since the resection stump was the tumor cell negative, the extension excision was not added. The preventive lymphadenectomy was not added either. 5 cycles of DAV - feron therapy was enforced. Though it has passed through postoperative 3 years and 8 months, there is no view of recurrence and metastasis.
