Abstract; The case was a 53-year-old man, and the chief complaint was the right lower leg tumor. The tumor existed in the right lower leg inside with a clear boundary, and it heaved in the dome state. It was the cystoma state in the palpation, and there was the mobility with the hypodermic. Clinically, the cystoma lesion was suspected, and it was removed entirely. Though it passes through postoperative about 1 year, there is no recurrence. Pathohistologically there was the cystoma structure in the dermis. A part of the cystoma wall showed what is called decapitation secretion image. The special staining procedure of this wall showed PAS positive, diastase resistant, CEA positive, and S-100 protein negative. Then the organization which surrounded the cystoma wall was regarded as a myoepithelial cell. Thus this case was diagnosed as apocrine hidrocystoma.
