Abstract; The case was a 41-year-old woman, and the chief complaint was a dark brown spot in the right scapula part. The limbic was irregular, and the intensity was unequal for the color tone. The brown node was in the median side. The malignant melanoma was suspected, and separating 5mm it was removed. Pathohistologically, the node heaved in the dome state, and there was no continuity with epidermis, and the alveolus nest has been formed. The composing cell was a basophile, and there was no heteromorphism. It was diagnosed as a dermal nevus. The pigment freckle part was adjoining for the torose lesion, and the tumor cell of which the heteromorphism including the melanin granule was strong grew in solitary or focal follicle. Thus it was diagnosed as superficial spreading malignant melanoma associated with the dermal nevus. In addition, by separating 2 cm it was removed, and the full thickness skin graft method was enforced. There are no recurrence and metastasis by the postoperative present.
