| Abstract; The case was a 60-year-old man, and the chief complaint was hypodermic node of right middle finger. The elasticity was hard, and the mobility with the epidermis was slightly limited. It served as a diagnosis, and it was removed entirely. In the pathohistological view, tumor lump partly with the coat of fibroblast existed in the dermis lower layer. The tumor lump was constituted partly spiral or fiber bundle, which irregularly mingled together, and vascular cavity of the fissure state. In the elastica-van Gieson dyeing, the tumor cell was dyed yellow, and the collagenous fiber dyed in the red intermingled. In the Azan-Mallory dyeing, the former dyed in the reddish purple color and the latter in blue. Thus this case was diagnosed as angioleiomyoma. |
