| Abstract;The case was a female infant of 1-year-old, and the chief complaint was black node of the left lower leg outside. There was a point-like pigment freckle in left lower leg from postnatal, and it gradually increased. There was a dark brown phase of the 1.7x0.7cm diameter touching the invasion on left lower leg outside in the initial diagnosis. Black node of the 1.0x0.6cm diameter with the cornification heaved in the dome state in the center. Angiokeratoma, etc. were considered, because there were hyperkeratosis of the epidermis and obvious vasodilation in papillary layer by the skin biopsy, and tumor extractio totalis was enforced. In the pathohistological view, hyperkeratosis, disorder cornification, and acanthosis were recognized in the epidermis. There was the extension of epidermis protrusion, blood cyst, which surrounded obvious vasodilation image in the papillary layer. The telangiectasis in which the erythrocyte filled was recognized from all dermis layers to the subcutaneous tissue. |
