| Abstract;The pediatric emergency care becomes a social problem from two sides : Problem consciousness from patients' side who is a protector and problem proposing side from the medical side centering on the pediatricians in the hospital. The loss of social reliance on doctors caused the concentration of initial patients to the hospital pediatrics, overworks and exhaustion of the hospital pediatrics and manpower shortage in the hospital pediatrics. Present states and problems of the pediatric emergency care were extracted, problems were arranged, and the present state analysis was carried out. The description was made in the following order : 1) Present state and problems of the pediatric emergency care (Declining of regional medical care, change in receiving consciousness and behavior of protectors : Increase of anxiety in the childcare, medical and economical problems on the pediatric emergency care, academic problems on the pediatric emergency care, problems based on the increase in the woman doctors), 2) Measures for improvement in the pediatric emergency care (self-consciousness as a pediatrics medical specialist : Comparison with the North America in the pediatric emergency care, countermeasure in the regional medicine : Ideal pediatric emergency care structure, correction of unprofitability in the pediatric emergency care, consciousness to the sound education of receiving persons and protectors, improvement in university education), 3) conclusions. |
