| Abstract;The clinical training system for doctors which begins at FY 2004 will be a system based on the program for training mainly on medicine, surgery and emergency without sticking on the specialized area, in order to concentrate on the clinical practice and to acquire fundamental comprehensive medical care ability. The correspondence such as preparation of the guidance system, etc. is also required in the hospital side. The description was made in the following order : 1) On new clinical resident system (Training program and achievement goal : Training idea and action goal, treatment of residents : Working hours and service and benefit program, etc., guidance system : 1 doctor in charge of training for 5 trainees, etc.), 2) On emergency medical care training (grasp of the disease state of emergency patients and mastering of the first-aid treatment, etc.), 3) Directivity of the emergency medical care in initial clinical training (A program is important because the term for emergency medical care training is 2 to 3 months in 2 years' clinical training.) |
