| Abstract;There are many obligations to be imposed to doctors and such administrative dispositions as cancellation of medical licence and suspension of medical business, etc. are given through the deliberation by Medical Ethics Council, when a doctor violates the duty. It is necessary to consider the offer of the safe medical treatment first. The description was made in the following order : 1) Outline of the law relating to doctors, 2) Law and general common sense, 3) Knowledge on law concerning the medical care field (Duty on the medical care, informed consent, necessary reporting duty : Reporting of food poisoning, reporting duty of food poisoning, reporting duty of infectious diseases, recommendation on reporting of an abused child, reporting of crime victims, recommendation on reporting of the dying example corresponding to the abnormal death, obligation to keep secrets and information service and offering of the sample relating to crime), 4) Knowledge on law concerning the death of patients (Reporting duty on the abnormal dead body and requirement for delivery duty of a certificate of death of abnormal dead body), 5) Other legal problems (treatment of person who tries suicide and duty on delivery of a medical certificate). |
