| Abstract;The emergency medical care is high in a risk of medical accident and medical business troubles. The medical treatment with a fault can be a target of the prevention of medical accidents and it is also necessary for prevention of troubles to maintain communication with patients and the family and to improve the quality of the medical record. The risk management was caught in the meaning of prevention and correspondence of medical accidents and medical business troubles, and representative pitfalls and cautionary notes were arranged. The description was made in order of the following items : 1) Risk of emergency medical care, 2) Pitfalls on diagnosis and treatment (medical examination of those of drinking, traffic accident, quarrel and fall accidents, diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction, central vein catheter detainment), 3) Communication and documentation, 4) Doctor liability insurance. |
