| Abstract;The emergency medical care is a fight with the time, and as a first step for performing evaluation for degree of emergency and life support, it is advised to carry out the following steps : Release of air duct .RAR. artificial respiration .RAR. circulation management .RAR. abnormal of central neuron .RAR. starting of evaluation and treatment of body temperature management in 1 to 2 minutes. A priority of the treatment is decided and a patient to be carried and treated in the hospital is selected (triage) in case of simultaneous occurrence of multiple sick and wounded like the mass disaster. The description was made in the following order : 1) How to examine severe emergency patients : (Respiration circulation : Degree of emergency and seriousness, observation of vital sign and emergency treatment (ventilatory insufficiency as respiration, failure of oxygenation and failure of oxygen transport ability, decrease in circulating blood volume as circulation, cardiogenic shock, disease state in which peripheral blood vessel expands highly), observation of the whole-body, estimation by the traumatism tact and information collection by inquiry), 2) Fundamental treatment plan of serious cases from the viewpoint of the priority (disease state with high degree of emergency (high priority), retrieval and treatment of fundamental cause of being serious (main lesion), management of serious patients to be standardized to some extent). |
