Abstract;The important points in the medical care in the title are to keep the possibility of pregnancy always in mind in a case of adult woman by the menopause, to consider privacy and shyness and to explain the effect of drugs and radiation on the pregnancy. It should not be believed that a patient says that she is not pregnant and there is no necessity of advising induced abortion to the pregnant woman, who has received simple x-ray examination. There are some gynaecology emergency diseases of which primary symptoms are upper abdominal pain, chest pain and backache. The description was made in the following order : 1) Fundamental attitude, 2) Existence of pregnancy, 3) Points of differentiation of diseases, 4) Pregnancy and safety of administration of drugs (drugs of which causing deformity is doubtful, drugs to be used frequently in the pregnancy), 5) Pregnancy and safety of diagnostic image ( X-ray plain examination, dosage to the uterus, CT : Estimate of the dosage to the foetus, MRI : It can not be recommended to use within 3 months of pregnancy), 6) Handling of patients who received rape and sexual violence (The objective fact to prove that she received the violence is clarified, considering the patient's mental state, the preventive measures for pregnancy are taken and the schedule on examination for infectious disease, etc. are prepared.)
