| Abstract;It is necessary to plan several infection control measures because patients with various symptoms come to hospital and the treatment is carried out in the busy environment in the emergency medical care field. There are some cases which show no symptoms even they are infected. The description was made in the following order : 1) Standard preventive measures and preventive measures by infection route (Standard preventive measures : Hand washing, hand washing medicine, glove, gown, mask, face shield mask, goggles, Preventive measures by infection route : Airborne infection preventive measures, droplet infection preventive measures, contact infection preventive measures and tuberculosis preventive measures), 2) Handling of sharp equipment such as a needle (No recapping, preparation of the exclusive disposal box, understanding of structure of safety equipment and mastering of the use), 3) Countermeasures against pricking accident (in the blood exposure) and preventive methods(Stop works and take countermeasure immediately. Report actual condition of the accident.
