Abstract;Based on AHA guideline 2000 on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), the gist was described. The description was made in the following order : 1) Guideline based on science and evidence (Classification by evidence level of AHA2000 therapeutic approach), 2) Primary lifesaving measures for adult(Which is first, report or CPR, practice of the resuscitation : Safe security in the field, observation of reaction, airway maintenance, evaluation of respiration, artificial respiration, evaluation of circulation and confirmation of pulses, sternum oppression type cardiac compression, artificial ventilation and sternum oppression rhythm, evaluation of CPR and air duct foreign body), 3) Primary lifesaving measures for infants (CPR for 1 minute first prior to the report, airway maintenance and artificial respiration, circulation evaluation, sternum oppression for infant and newborn infant, sternum oppression for infant and newborn infant and artificial respiration, sternum oppression for the infant and artificial respiration, CPR, ACD only by sternum oppression - No CPR, air duct foreign body), 4) Early defibrillation, 5) Second lifesaving measures (defibrillation, modification of CPR : IAC-CPR, ACD-CPR, internal cardiac massage, percutaneous cardiopulmonary support PCPS, evaluation of CPR : Perfusion pressure and pulse, artery gas analysis, pulse oximeter, respiration telophase CO2 level, evaluation of the sternum oppression, use of drug at CPR : Epinephrine, adrenal cortex, norepinephrine, dopamine, sodium bicarbonate).
