| Abstract; An artificial ventilation (respiration) method for respiratory arrest and cardiac arrest (in the resuscitation) was explained mainly. The airway maintenance becomes the premise for effective impllementation. The description was made in the following order : 1) Expiration injection type artificial ventilation (Outline of technique : Significance, application, contraindication and complication, result of preparing, explanation of technique : Mouth-to-mouth artificial respiration, mouth-to-nose artificial respiration, mouth-to-mouth and nose artificial respiration, mouth-to-tracheostomy hole artificial respiration, mouth-to-mask artificial respiration and point advice), 2) Artificial ventilation using artificial ventilation instrument (Outline of technique : Significance (Ventilation by high-dense oxygen is possible), adaptation, contraindication (Priority is given to the deaeration in tense pneumothorax), complications, result of preparing, explanation of technique : Ventilation using a bag valve equipment, ventilation using a Jackson lease circuit, mobile type (portable type, for the carrier), artificial respirator and point advice). |
