Abstract; The peripheral vein is used first for administration of drugs in the resuscitation if venous route has not been ensured before cardiac arrest. The rapid and single time of injection into vein is carried out when the drug is administered continuously. An emergency doctor with experience must be attended when the heartbeat does not resume in the administration from the peripheral vein in a case of central vein. The intratracheal administration of drug is carried out when the tracheal intubation is made and the venous route is not ensured. Next, as a practice of the anabiotic administration, the action, dose and injection methods were explained on the drugs used in the cardiac arrest. Drugs taken up for explanation are epinephrine, vasopressin, atropine, lidocaine, procaineamide, magnesium sulfate, calcium channel blocking agent (verapamil, diltiazem), adenosine, digitalis (digosine), amiodarone, .BETA. blocker (propranolol), dopamine, dobutamine, sodium hydrogencarbonate.
