| Abstract; The purpose of the fluid therapy is to keep the homeostasis by adjustment extracellular fluid appropriately, to maintained intracellular environment and to maintain the cell function when the body fluid adjustment by itself becomes difficult. To begin with, the extracellular fluid replenishment (lactated ringer solution or acetic acid ringer solution) is administered in the emergency visit, and the stabilization of the vital sign is attempted. The description was made in the following order : 1) Significance of fluid therapy, 2) Distribution and composition of body fluid (intracellular fluid and extracellular fluid, composition of electrolyte), 3) Movement of water (comparison of water movement when physiological saline, 5% grape sugar liquid and isocratic liquid are administered), 4) Kinds of fluid therapy (Isosmotic electrolyte infusion, hypotonia electrolyte infusion : No.1 to No.4 liquids (starting liquid to postoperative recovery liquid), 5) Index of fluid therapy (medical records, body opinions, examination findings), 6) Implementation of fluid therapy (subdivision where body fluid is insufficient, estimation of the water deficity quantity, estimation of the electrolyte lack quantity, maintained infusion quantity and fluid therapy quantity in lack of the body fluid), 7) Fluid therapy for various diseases (at the time of fasting of patients without body fluid electrolyte abnormality, Dehydration : Hypertonic dehydration, hypotonic dehydration, isotonic dehydration, invasion (hemorrhagic shock, infectious shock, head injury, low K blood disease), 8) Contraindication and complications of fluid therapy. |
