| Abstract;The factors which decide contents of treatment for wound include damage mechanisms and causes, positions, number of damage, openness or occlusiveness, backgrounds of the damage, hemorrhage situations, pollution levels, size and depth, whole-bodily seriousness, etc. The fundamental technique necessary for treatment for wound was explained. The description was made in the following order : 1) Wound healing type (First to third cure and skin grafting cure), 2) Outline of techniques (Cleaning, disinfection, hemostasis, repair : Repair which does not leave the dead cavity. Prevention of border of wound ischemia, prevention of subcutaneous adipose fusion, fascia suture, tendon suture, muscle suture, treatment of open fracture and deglobing injury), 3) Contraindications and considerations (foreign body entry wound, foreign body burial wound, pleuroperitoneal cavity division penetrating wound, finger tip wound), 4) Things to be prepared in treatment for wound, 5) Point advice (wound which stops in the body surface and wound which is associated with the organ damage). |
