Abstract; The large amounts of hemorrhage itself becomes the cause of death directly in severe trauma patients, and "three signs of the death" of hypothermia, clotting disorder and acidosis progress, when the hemorrhagic shock is prolonged. As an importance of external hemorrhage control in the injury, an injury medical care training course of JATEC which was a standardized program for injury death avoidance was introduced. Next, the hemostatic methods were described in the following order : 1) Primary hemostatic method (Direct pressing methods : Direct pressing, gauze pressing, pointillage pressing, Indirect pressing methods : Bondage method, pointillage method, special hemostatic method : Aortic blockage), 2) Eternal hemostatic method (solidification hemostasis, blood vessel ligation, focusing ligation, penetration ligation method, musculus suture ligation, wound border suture, angiorrhaphy and angiostomy : Direct suture, patch repair, synthetic vascular graft transplantation).
