| Abstract;Foreign bodies in trachea and bronchus were explained. All of the foreign body become the object for removal, since they affect the life directly and the appropriate technique is necessary as the complication is accompanied for the extraction in many cases. There are rigiditas bronchoscope and bronchial fiber in the extraction method, which is carried out under the general anesthesia in case of the infant. The description was made in the following order : 1) Outline of techniques (significance and application, contraindication : Actions that can not be carried out depending on the interposition of the foreign body, Complications : Aspiration of secretion foreign body in the local field is important in a case of peanut, postoperative bronchitis and pneumonia. 2) Things to be prepared (Ventilatory type or telescopic type of rigiditas bronchoscope, bronchial fiber, forceps for the extraction, catheter), 3) Extraction of foreign body (extraction of foreign body by a ventilatory type bronchoscope, extraction of foreign body using Fagaty catheter), 4) Point advice (When the foreign body was not extracted : Operation of the rigiditas bronchoscope, confirmation of the foreign body, positive examination of the foreign body, thoracotomy operation). |
