| Abstract;The removal of foreign body in ear canal and foreign body in the ear observed in emergency medical care were explained. The description was made in the following order : 1) Foreign body in the ear (Significance : To remove uncomfortable feeling such as external ear pain, blockage sensation, etc. Application : Non-living foreign body (toy ball, button type mercury cell, etc.), living foreign body (a moth, a mosquito, an insect, etc.), Contraindication : Care must be exercised on the removal of living foreign body after it was suffocated to death by the liquid injection, complications, Things to be prepared : Head mirror, light source, aural speculum, Techniques in case of non-living foreign body : It is the principle to remove holding it by a pincette for ear or a pair of forceps for the earwax, etc., Techniques in case of living foreign body : To remove after it was suffocated to death by Xylocaine sprays, etc. and point advice), 2) Foreign body in nose (Significance : The inflammatory reaction occurs in the nasal cavity mucosa when the time passes and rhinorrhea can be caused. Application : Extraction can be applied to all foreign body in nasal cavity. Contraindication : None, Complications : The rhinitis arises when the foreign body is accumulated over 2 weeks.
