| Abstract;The utilization of transcatheter arterial emblization (TAE) for serious trauma patient in which the invasion by the trauma is close to the corresponding limit of the living body can minimize the invasion with the treatment and has the possibility connecting to the lifesaving. As outline of technique, the following were described : Significance, adaptation, contraindication and complication (To be carried out for the patient whose circulatory dynamics is stabilized, The adaptation for each organ damage is divided into hepatic injury, spleen damage, dull renal injury, pelvic fracture for explanation). As preparation and technique, it was divided into liver and spleen damage, renal injury, pelvic fracture for description. As a point advice, it was mentioned that it should not be cling in the angiography, the hemorrhage in other position had to be considered when the blood pressure did not rise in spite of the termination of embolectomy, embolism material was used in proportion to the damage properly. |
