Abstract;The treatment for fracture and dislocation is different by position, transition and combined damage. The description was made on the treatment in which the consultant by medical specialist was desirable urgently and the treatment in which the temporary treatment was made on that day and the consultant by medical specialist was postponed to the following day. The description was made in the following order : 1) Fundamental principle in examining fracture and dislocation (grasp of the general condition, inquiry, visual examination, X-ray photographing, CT photographing and filling up to diagnosis and treatment record), 2) Fracture and dislocation which require consultation by medical specialists (Monteggia fracture, Galeazzi fracture, humerus fracture, ankle joint dislocation and fracture, etc.), 3) Fundamental principle in performing the first treatment of fracture (external fixation in early stage and recovery, etc.), 4) Fracture (finger, hand, forearm, wrist joint, elbow joint division, overarm, foot, lower leg, ankle joint, knee joint division, etc.), 5) Fundamental principle in performing the first treatment of dislocations, 6) Dislocation, (acromioclavicular joint dislocation, shoulder joint dislocation, elbow joint dislocation, etc.).
