| Abstract;The examination in the title was described limiting to the emergency disease. The examination was made in the following order : 1) Blood examination (General blood examination : The degree of anemia, time of inflammation and bleeding tendency are found by measuring erythrocyte, leucocyte, thrombocyte. The biochemical test which especially needs the emergence : Total bilirubin, AST and ALT, total protein, blood sugar, amylase, BUN and creatinine, electrolyte and CK, Biochemical test peculiar in the disease : CK-MB, heart muscle troponin T and myoglobin are useful for the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction, cholinesterase is an index for the seriousness of organophosphate poisoning, and ketone body fractionation is useful for the differentiation of alcoholic and diabetic diseases, Immunological test : CRP, antigen, Solidification funtional test : Reflect the degree of hepatocyte lesion, drug level in blood), 2) Examination of urine (Urine quantity : Color tone, turbidity, specific gravity, proteinuria, sugar quality, occult blood reaction, ketone body, pregnancy reaction, urine quantity : The creatinine clearance is used often in the renal function test), 3) Examination of cerebrospinal fluid (Adaptation of Examination : Doubt of infectious disease in the skull, subarachnoid hemorrhage which does not show the clear hemorrhage in the image, things to be prepared, Technique : Pressure, color tone and turbidity, cell population, total protein quantity and sugar quantity, etc), 4) Qualitative and quantitative analysis possible in kits (when the quick result is needed in ambulatory treatment and bedside). |
