Abstract;We determined various fluorescence compounds and isoluminol isothiocyanate-labeled amino acids by capillary electrophoresis with chemiluminescence ditector, in which luminol and peroxyoxalate reagents. Sample solution was injected into the capillary by gravity method, and migrated toward the end of capillary. Chemiluminescence at the tip of capillary was observed with a batch type CL detection cell. (author abst.)
