| Abstract;We have developed the capillary electrophoresis equipped with the chemiluminescence (CL) detector. In this study, development of mixed CL reagent which combined luminol and peroxyoxalate systems was attempted. We examined hemeproteins which showed catalytic activity for luminol system and fluorescence compounds which showed CL for peroxyoxalate system. Moreover, we attempted to improve the sensitivity of the fluorescence-labeled hemeprotein by the present method. (author abst.) |
