Abstract;We tried to develop of CE with on-capillary CL detector. Peroxyoxalate reagent ( LUMICA ; LUMICA corporation ) as CL reagent and dansylamino acids as samples were used. A mixture of LUMICA and oxidant was utilized as a migration buffer. First, mixing ratio and concentrations of LUMICA and oxidant in the migration buffer were examined in order to give a stable CL base-line. After injecting a sample into the capillary, an enhanced CL in the presence of the sample was detected with on-capillary detection. (author abst.)
