| Abstract;We have demonstrated usefulness of pressure-driven continuousflow chemical processing in microchannels. In order to widenapplicability of the microsystems, development of gas-liquidoperations are indispensable. In this paper, we will presentdevelopment of capillarity restricted modification method formicrochannels and its application to gas-liquid processings,such as bubble removal and dissolved gas control.
