| Abstract;Microchannels in the microchip have characteristics such as large specific area and short diffusion distance. By utilizing these characteristics, rapid chemical processing has been proved in several applications such as phase transfer reactions, etc. However, precipitation adsorbs often happens in channel surface. One of the methods to prevent adsorption of precipitation is surface modification to reduce energy of surface. We developed new method of surface modification. Using the microchannel modified by this method, we synthesized nylon by interfacial polymerization and demonstrated that this method is effective to prevention of adsorption of precipitation.
