Abstract;We have developed of direct analysis of biomolecules in CE-CL detection method, in which luminol - hydrogen peroxide - Cu(II) CL reaction was used. A buffer solution including luminol and Cu(II) was used as a migration buffer and hydrogen peroxide solution was added in the CL detection cell. Amino acid samples moved together with luminol and Cu(II) toward the end of capillary and mixed with hydrogen peroxide solution. We examined the effect of hydrogen peroxide concentration in the detection cell on CL peak. Moreover, we tried to apply the present method to microchip device. (author abst.)
