Abstract;Anti-HAS modified capillary was prepared and HAS was measured by a UV detector. The fused-silica capillary(75 micro m i.d. and 70 cm length ) was used for this experiment and the modification with anti-HSA was carried out through glutaraldehyde method. An aliquot of HSA solution was injected and then delivered in the capillary with pH7.3 buffer solution by gravity method; HSA was adsorbed on the inner wall of the capillary through the immunereaction. After that, HSA was eluted from the capillary with each buffer solution of pH2.2 and pH10.8. (author abst.)
