Abstract;We have used RF-535 (Shimadzu) for HPLC as the fluorescence detector modified for capillary electrophoresis to detect a fluorescence labeled compounds. In this report, for high sensitive detector with select of wavelength, we developed the fluorescence detector for capillary electrophoresis using photon counting head, Xe lamp as a light source and band pass filter as a select of wavelength. As a result, sensitivity was decreased on the detector. However, we report a few knowledges on development of the detector. (author abst.)
