| Abstract;Tissue culture in the dermatology region was outlined. By heralding other region, establishment and development of the keratinocyte culture method were fed back to the clinic. This is the cultured skin. The authors dealt with the treatment of epidermolysis bullosa hereditaria using self-culture epidermis sheet and self three-dimensional cultured skin by taking the initiative in the world. Taking epidermis sheet, culture dermis, and three-dimensional cultured skin as types of the cultured skin those features were explained. The manufacturing method of the culture epidermis sheet was described. Clinical application example for the dystrophic epidermis blister disease in which authors dealt with was explained. The manufacturing method of three-dimensional cultured skin was described. The clinical application example of the three-dimensional cultured skin was explained. Features of the cultured skin transplantation are extension and preserving property. The gene therapy using cultured skin was mentioned as future prospect. |
