Abstract;A case of showing advanced hepatic dysfunction (GOT 751U/l, GPT 530U/l, LDH 806U/l) during the progress of the typical measles was experienced. When 10 cases of certain diagnosis as measles were examined, it was compared all instances, and there was the rise of GOT, GPT, and LDH. Following knowledge was obtained. Though the hepatic dysfunction occurs in the measles frequently, it is often slight. It is a feature that LDH rises highly as compared with GOT and GPT by LDH other than liver-derived one. Though the rarely advanced hepatic disorder may be shown, the prognosis is approximately good. The case of a 35-year-old woman presenting the advanced hepatic dysfunction was reported.
