Abstract; The braided rose-pink spot appeared in both lower extremities of a 38-year-old woman under hospitalization in the diagnosis of acute glomerulonephritis. Human parvovirus B19 infectious disease was considered, because the lowering of complement value and pancytopenia was recognized. Then the IgM antibody titer was measured, and it was positive. Recently the cases, which caused renal disturbance and hepatic disorder of the human parvovirus B19 infection of the adult, are reported. This example was the case in which the involvement of human parvovirus B19 was proven as the cause of acute glomerulonephritis from the cutis symptom.
