| Abstract; The case was a man of 69-year-old, and the chief complaint was small blister with the erythema and the pruritus, which was scattered in the whole-body. The treatment by internal medicine was carried out for the bronchial tuberculosis. In the histopathology view, the small blister, which was accompanied by the erythema of the back, formed the epidermis blister. With the epidermal cell that caused and denatured acantholysis in the blister, multinucleated giant cell and neutrophils permeated. The cell of the lymphocyte subject permeated the dermis upper layer in the blood vessel circumference-ness. In the VZV antibody titer, there was no rise of IgM, and IgG rose, and it regarded it as a pattern already infected in VZV. Thus it was diagnosed as a chickenpox reinfection. The following were carried out: Drip of the acyclovir, external use of phenol and zinc oxide liniment, and internal use of cetiridine hydrochloride. Fever was gradually broken as the result from the sixth, and the small blister became also the scab. The skin eruption has not revived afterwards. The retrieval of the basal disease was considered to be important, when there was the chickenpox to the old people. |
