Abstract;The case was a woman of 75-year-old, and the silicon was buried for the mammaplasty when she was 41-year-old. It was diagnosed as chronicity hepatitis C and liver cirrhosis when she was 71-year-old, and hepatic encephalopathy when she was 73-year-old. The pain was realized in the right thorax from before 1 week, and the small blister appeared at the region concerned. The similar skin eruption also appeared in a left abdomen from before second. The skin of the whole-body showed the flavedo for the jaundice. There was the renal function degeneracy, and acyclovir was made to be 250mg/day. In point of time infused for 3 days ambulatory, the patient stopped the ambulatory. Since the pain of the right breast back is strengthened afterwards, she was hospitalized. Drip infusion in acyclovir 500mg/day was enforced for 7 days, and the blister became the scab. There was no neuralgia after the herpes zoster.
