Abstract;Case 1 is blue nevus cutting example of the apex nasi part left downward. To begin with, the tumor was hollowed out in the round shape and tried to laterally carry out length and fitting conjunction only of 1 stitch. The simple suture was also considered to be impossible in either case, since the deformation in which both apex nasi part and ala nasi part were conspicuous was shown. Figure was drawn so that the arcuate line of rotation flap may parallel it for apex nasi part Margo superior, and it was moved to the defective part. The cicatrix is not either conspicuous without recognizing the postoperative deformation in the shape of apex nasi part, ala nasi part and nostril. Case 2 is blue nevus cutting example of a right ala nasi part. The simple suture was judged as well as case 1 to be impossible. Rotation flap was produced along an alar groove of a right ala of nose, and the defective part was covered. The cicatrix is not either conspicuous without recognizing the postoperative deformation in the shape of apex nasi part, ala nasi part and nostril.
