Abstract;The case was a woman of 48-year-old, and the chief complaint was paronychia of finger and toe. There was no deformation of integration of nail itself, while abrasio cutis of nail fold was recognized in all sides. It was diagnosed as onychotillomania. In the inquiry to the patient, the clear delusion was not recognized. The talk of peeling the skin, since the painful skin eruption grew, was obtained. It was followed up only by the local drug treatment. Afterwards it was diagnosed in the orthopedics as the integration nail, and the integration nail operation was enforced. Thus factitious disorder was considered diagnosis name as psychiatric disorder. The salve treatment was carried out, while the possibility of the Muenchausen syndrome was considered.
