Abstract;A 66-year-old man suffered from the diabetes mellitus from 30 years ago, and the hemodialysis has been done of diabetic nephropathy from 10 years ago. The cornification mons veneris eruption with the pruritus appeared in approach both lower extremities around July 2000. In steroid external use, recurrence and disappearance were repeated. Pathohistologically, the angle plug filled up the epidermis of the pit, and it reached the dermis upper layer by the destruction of the basal lamina. Thus it was diagnosed as Kyrle disease. He passed away by general condition deterioration after the right below-knee amputation.
