| Abstract;The case was a 20-year-old woman, who realized the erythema in the face after the sunlight exposure. Indicated SLE the parents worried about the side effect of steroid refused the scanning medical treatment. The treatment by an SOD like supplement was carried out. She went to China and received qigong, but it was exacerbated. So she was hospitalized to this service. There was a symptom of typical SLE. Lowering of Mini-Mental State Examination and a lesion found by MRI were recognized, and the CNS lupus was contracted. The neurologic manifestation recovered in internal use of prednisolone 50mg/day. Further enlightenment to the society regarded the danger of using substitution medical treatment in the collagen disease, which is related to the life, as a necessity. |
